How does it work?

It’s really simple, just pick your subscription (monthly, or prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months to save), then each month we will send you a carefully personalized box that includes thoughtful and meaningful items picked by our product specialists. Sign up is easy and you may cancel anytime!

What will be in my box?

The contents in each box will vary monthly but you can count on them to be personalized and unique to each month.

Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! Inspiration is such a wonderful gift, we’re sure whomever you gift this to will be delighted. When you check out, you will fill out your billing information, then at the bottom of that section, simply choose “Ship to a different address” and you can enter your gift recipient’s address. We do not include a packing slip with the box, so they won’t ever see your payment information.

When will I get my box?

When you order the monthly or 3-month subscription, we will bill you and ship your first box right away - you don’t have to wait long to get inspired! You’ll start with our Editor’s Picks box, the best of the best. After that, your boxes will ship between the 17th and 20th of each month.

Are the special boxes part of my subscription?

The specially themed one-time boxes are not part of the normal subscription and can always be purchased separately (don’t worry - shipping is included for those too!)

How often/when will I be billed?

If you order the monthly subscription, you will be billed when you first place your order, then again on the 16th of each month. If you order the 3 month subscription, you will be billed for your first 3 boxes when you place your order, then again on the 16th of the month 3 months later. For instance, if you ordered the 3 month subscription on the 20th of January, you will be billed on January 20th, and then again on April 16th for your next 3 months.

How do I change from monthly to a 3 month subscription (or the reverse)?

If you want to change your subscription type, please contact us by email and our customer care team will be more than happy to help you!

How do I change my credit card information or my shipping address?

You can contact us by email, or you can update those in the My Account section under Manage Payment Options and Address Book.

My Care Pack arrived damaged, incomplete or it didn’t arrive at all, what do I do?

We’re so sorry! Contact us by email and our customer care team will figure out a solution right away!

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we’re happy to help you get your subscription cancelled. Contact us by email and our customer care team will help get your subscription cancelled.

Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for. Boxes are billed on the 16th of each month.

I have a suggestion for a future Care Pack.

I sent a gift subscription—how can I check the details?
Thank you so much for gifting us! We can’t wait to get mixing with your giftee.
Before they’ve redeemed their gift, you can check on the status and details of the gift email at any time by logging into your account and navigating to your Gift History. If you discover any changes you’d like to make to your giftee’s name or email address, your gift message, or the send date/time, you can go ahead and make those right on that page! You can also check to see the status of the email—if it’s sent, opened, redeemed, or (gulp!) undeliverable (usually due to a tiny typo in the email address—an easy fix you’ll be able to make!). If you find you’d like to make any adjustments to the gift details after the initial gift email has
been sent, be sure to “Resend” it so a new email is sent out!

When will my box ship?
Note: As the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic continue to develop, please refer to the information on our homepage, store listings, and in our emailed monthly box announcements for the most accurate updates on our subscription boxes and Make More Store orders. We begin to assemble and ship our monthly subscription boxes on the first Monday of the month, and shipping continues throughout that week. Signing up in any given month will ensure your first box ships during the following month (e.g., if you place your order in the month of April and take no further action, your box will ship out the week of the first Monday in May).

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days), so your box should reach you by the end of that shipping week. Please note that USPS may still experience pandemic-related delays, so you may see your tracking appear to get stuck as some packages are moving through the system without being scanned.

How often will I be billed for my subscription?

If you're on a month-to-month plan: On the 16th of each month, you'll get billed for the following month's box. If you're on a longer prepaid plan: You'll be billed on the 16th of the month every 3, 6, or 12 months, according to the prepaid subscription term you’ve chosen. If you skip any boxes on a prepaid plan, your remaining boxes will simply move to the following month. Your purchased boxes will never expire, and your renewal will not go through until you have received all of your prepaid boxes. Please note that each month's renewal pays for the following month's box (e.g., the January 16th renewal covers the box shipped in early February, the February 16th renewal covers the
box shipped in early March, and so on), so if the final box on your 6-month prepaid plan is shipping in early May, for instance, your renewal will go through on May 16th for June's–November's boxes. Regular subscriptions renew automatically, but can be cancelled whenever you'd like (without
forfeiting any boxes you’ve already paid for), and you can skip any boxes you'd rather not receive through your account. Gifts do not auto-renew.

Do all subscriptions auto-renew?
All of our regular subscriptions do auto-renew, so once you've received all of the boxes you've paid for, the system will automatically charge you again. This will continue to happen until you cancel your subscription. Cancelling will only prevent future renewals from going through, but will not affect the boxes that you have already paid for.

Our gift subscriptions, however, do not auto-renew! They simply end once your giftee has received all of the boxes that you purchased for them. (Gifts never expire before all those boxes have been received.)

Can I skip a month but keep my subscription going?

Absolutely! You may not want a particular box for any number of reasons—we totally get it. You can skip your upcoming box by logging into your account and clicking “Skip this Box.” If you're on a month-to-month subscription, your renewal charges will occur on the 16th of each month, so any skips must be made by 11pm ET on the 15th to avoid that charge. If you skip past this time, you can still skip the upcoming month's box, but the renewal charge that already occurred would then simply be applied to the following month's box.

If you skip a box on a prepaid plan, your remaining boxes will simply move to the following months. Your purchased boxes will never expire, and your renewal will not go through until you have received all of your prepaid boxes. If you ever have any questions about which box you've skipped or how to skip a particular box, please don't hesitate to email us at info@carepackclub.com and ask!

Can I put a hold on my account?
We cannot place an indefinite hold on your account—but if you'd like to pause your account and you know for how long, we can absolutely help you out with that! Simply email us at info@carepackclub.com and let us know exactly which months you'd like to skip. We'll be glad to skip them all for you and then your shipments will restart at the end of that hold. You can also extend or adjust the hold any time by emailing us again.

How do I cancel my subscription?
While we’ll be sad to see you go, we still make it easy for you to cancel. Just go into your Account and click “Manage Subscription/Billing,” then scroll down and click “Cancel Subscription” on the following page. 

Please note that canceling your subscription only stops the subscription going forward (meaning there won't be any future renewals). It will not, however, affect any boxes that have already been paid for; those will still be good to go!
